Instant Mix - 200 gm
Water - to make dough
Clever diet sugar - 700 gm
Oil - to fry
Water - 620 ml

Directions
- Add 1/4 of the water for 1 measure of mix & kneed the mixture gently into a dough , set aside for 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 30 portions. Make each portion into smooth ball And place them in a plate. Cover them dry kitchen towel.
- Heat oil on high flame & then turn it into medium flame. Drop balls from side of pan one by one.
- They will sink to bottom , don't try to move them. instead , shake the pan to keep the balls from browning on just one side.
- After about 5 minutes , balls will raise to the surface ( they will raise slowly , if temperature is right ).
- Now turn them gently to make sure they are browning evenly on all sides.
- TIP : If temperature is too high , then Gulab Jamun will break , so make sure to put them in correct temperature as guided.
- The balls must be fried very slowly under medium flame to ensure they cook evenly on all sides and inside.
- Steps to Make Syrup
- Syrup should made earlier and must kept warm.
- To make syrup , mix clever diet sugar with water with given quantities.
- Add 5 cardamom strands , with kesar
- Mix & then heat in medium flame for 5 -7 minutes until that gets on one thread consistency.
- Transfer to bowl and add fried gulab jamuns to the warm syrup & leave them for 4 hours.
- Now serve to your loved ones who want to enjoy gulab jamuns without guilt.
Diamond Cut Biscuit

- Make a dough with water & keep aside for 25 minutes.

Palada Payasam

- Boil ada in 2 - 3 cups of boiling water cook till soft (20 - 30 minutes) . then , drain water completely & keep aside.
- Boil milk in pressure cooker then add boiled ada & clever diet sugar to it.
- Bring to full pressure on medium heat , then reduce heat and cook for a minute.
- After that the mixture will be in light pink in color. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Serve hot (or) cold as your wish to your loved ones without guilt.
Carrot Halwa (Gajar ka Halwa)

- Peel & finely grate carrot.
- Mix milk & carrots in a non-stick saucepan.
- Boil till thick , stir occasionally , once it starts thickening stir continuously.

- Add ghee & cardamom powder , stir on low flame till mixture leaves the sides of pan.

Sunnunda

Whole urad dal (without skin) - 1/2 Kg
Rice - 50 gm
Putana Dal (puffed bengal gram) - 100 gm
Ghee - 150 ml

- Take non-stick kadai , dry roast the whole urad dal on low flame till it turns light brown in color.
- Warm up puffed bengal gram & rice.
- Cool-off & grind into very fine powder.
- Sieve the powder. You have to use the fine powder that gets out of sieve & grind the left over particles in sieve and repeat the process until you get fine powder.
- Then add clever diet sugar to the powder & mix well.
- Pour melted ghee in that powder & mix well.
- Make balls as your wish and serve to your loved ones without guilt.
Rava Laddoo

- Roast Rava in 3 tablespoons of ghee till it changes to light golden colour.
- Add Clever Diet Sugar and cardamom powder to roasted rava.
- Heat remaining ghee and then fry cashews & raisins
- Then add fried cashews & raisins to roasted rava.
- The final step is to shape them in small balls & store them in air-tight container.

Coconut Burfi

Directions
- Grate Coconut
- Mix Clever diet sugar and water & boil for 3 - 4 minutes until you get one thread consistency. Keep aside.
- In a non-stick pan , add 1 table spoon of ghee & roast grated coconut till light brown.
- Mix the syrup and mixture , stir continuously with addition of ghee.
- Cook well till soft lump forms.
- Spread on a greased plate and let it cool down.
- Cut into pieces and store in an air tight contained.
- Serve to your loved ones without guilt.
Semiya Payasam

Milk - 1L
Roasted Vermicelli - 250 gm
Clever Diet Sugar - 100 gm
Ghee - 2 table-spoon
Water - 500 ml
Cashew-nuts - 30 gm
Raisins - 20 gm
cardamom Powder - 1/4 table-spoon
Directions
- Heat table-spoon of ghee in cooker for 2 minutes. Add vermicelli, stir for a minute.
- Add milk & water and bring to boil.
- Add Clever Diet Sugar and simmer for 2-3 minutes
- Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on medium heat. Reduce heat and cook for a minute.
- Place cooker aside from stove. Reduce pressure by placing cooker in basin of cold water for about two to three minutes.
- Open cooker & add cardamom powder.
- Place cooker on high flame , then Cook till payasam is slightly thickened by stirring constantly.
- Fry cashew-nuts and raisins in remaining ghee and add to the payasam.
- Serve to you beloved ones hot or cold.
Sooji Halwa (Rava Kesari)

Semolina - 250 gm

Ghee - 370 ml
Cashew & Almonds - 8 pieces
Raisins - 10 nos.
Kesari Color - 1 pinch
Water - 900 ml

Directions
- Heat pan with 2 table-spoons of Ghee.
- Fry nuts & Raisins & transfer to bowl.
- Again heat up the pan with 4 table spoons of ghee.
- Fry rava till it gives a nice flavour.
- In the mean time , Bring water to boil along with cardamom pods in a deep pan.
- Once water boils , add rava little by little by stirring continuously.
- Add clever diet sugar & kesari powder and stir again.
- When it starts to thicken , add half of nuts and raisins
- Pour rest of ghee and stir well for 3 minutes.
- Spread the mixture on greased plate & let it rest till it thickens.
- garnish with rest of the nuts and raisins
- When it cools down , serve in your desired shapes to your loved ones without guilt.
Sweet Pongal

- Add clever diet sugar & ghee and cook on medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes
- Fry cashew & raisins in ghee , then add them in pongal.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
